  • How do I receive the program?

    Once you have purchased a program and entered all your personal details, you will be redirected to the members area. From there you will have your custom built program ready to access!

  • Is this a subscription based program?

    Yes, maintenance is crucial for advancing in your fitness journey, which is why our programs are regularly updated with personalized workouts and meal plans based on your chosen program. You'll also receive ongoing support from me and my team. The best part is that you're not locked into a long-term commitment—you can cancel anytime.

  • Are the programs available world wide?

    Absolutely, my programs are available for purchase and access from anywhere in the world! It's essential to me that everyone, regardless of location, can benefit from this program.

  • What if I don't want my photos shared?

    JWT will not share photos provided unless you have given permission. You can change this at any time.

  • Can I follow the program while traveling?

    Absolutely!

    With commitment and a “can and will” mindset, you can stay on track anywhere.


Subscriptions

  • How do I cancel?

    To cancel your subscription you must email me with at least 7 days notice so that you are not charged again. Please note that once you cancel your account, all plans and support will be removed from your account.

  • Can I pause payment without canceling my account?

    For information on pausing payments, please see the terms and conditions.

  • What’s the commitment period? Can I pause?

    There’s an 8-week commitment when you sign up.


    You may pause once for up to 2 weeks during this period.


Meal plans

  • How can I adjust my dislikes list?

    To adjust your dislikes list, go to your profile tab in the members area. Select ‘dietary preferences,’ then click on the ‘ingredients I dislike’ tab. From there, you can add or remove ingredients from your dislikes list.

  • How do I swap meals?

    To swap out meals, click on the meal you want to replace. You’ll see a ‘swap’ option on the tab; select it and follow the instructions on the pop-up window.

  • Do my Macros & Calories remain the same for the duration of my program?

    With JWT every fortnight you will have an in-app check in. Your macros & calories will be reassessed at every check in.

  • How often does my meal plan change?

    Meal Plans are updated every 2 weeks. To receive your new plans, you’ll need to complete your progress check-in first. This helps us ensure your plan stays aligned with your goals!

  • Can I have coffee & soda drinks

    Yes you can, however you have to log your coffee & sodas each day to ensure you stay under your calorie deficit.

    Sugar free cordial, black coffee, and tea are fine.

  • Is the program safe for breastfeeding, pregnant, or menopausal women?

    Yes!

    • Menopausal/Perimenopausal: The program is suitable. Results may take longer due to hormonal changes, but a calorie deficit will still lead to progress.
    • Breastfeeding: Avoid protein powders, but our whole food-based meal plans are safe.
    • Pregnant: Meal plans contain no artificial proteins, but please consult your doctor before starting.
  • Is this suitable for shift workers?

    Yes!

    We recommend the OG Meal Plan for its simplicity and flexibility with changing schedules.


Workout Plans

  • How can I purchase a workout plan?

    If you'd like to add a Workout Plan, simply follow the link provided in the confirmation email you received when you first signed up.

  • Is this beginner friendly?

    Yes, the program is beginner-friendly. Workouts are customized to fit your goals and experience level. If you're new to the gym, you'll receive a personalized program designed just for you. You can start with weights that match your fitness level and gradually increase as you progress.

  • Can I do the workout plan at home?

    We can customize the plan for you to complete at home if you prefer! All you'll need is a set of weights or dumbbells. Just select the "home only" option on the setup form.

  • How do I swap workouts?

    To swap workouts, click on the exercise you want to replace. On the right side of the screen you will see a ‘swap’ icon. Click on this and follow the instructions on the pop-up window.

  • Is the program the same every month?

    No, each month offers something new. This includes increasing the weights you lift, introducing new exercise variations, and adjusting your diet as your body evolves. It’s important to continually challenge your body to ensure progress.
