  • How do I receive the program?

    Once your payment is confirmed, you’ll receive an activation email to access the JWT members' area.


    Jamie personally builds each program based on your details, which takes 24–72 hours.

    As soon as it’s ready, you’ll be notified and can start straight away.

  • Is this a subscription based program?

    Yes — maintenance is an essential part of long-term results.

    That’s why your program is continuously updated with personalised meals and workouts based on your selected plan.


    You’ll also receive ongoing support from me and my team to help you stay consistent and move forward.


    This is a minimum 12-week commitment, designed to build structure, momentum, and results that actually last.


    This timeframe helps prevent short-term fixes and supports real habit change.

  • Are the programs available world wide?

    Yes — the JWT program is available worldwide.


    You can purchase and access the program from anywhere, as everything is delivered online.

  • What if I don't want my photos shared?

    I want you to know that your privacy is respected at all times.


    JWT will never share your photos without your consent, and you can change your permission settings at any time.

  • Can I follow the program while traveling?

    Yes. The program is designed to fit real life — including travel.


    You’ll be guided on how to make simple food choices, adjust routines, and stay consistent while on the go.


Subscriptions

  • Refunds and returns.

    Refunds and returns are outlined in full in our terms and conditions.


    Please take a look at these before purchasing, as all programs are delivered digitally and subject to those terms.

  • How do I cancel?

    Cancellations require a minimum 12-week commitment to be completed before the cancellation.


    After this period, you may cancel your subscription by emailing us with at least 14 days’ notice to avoid being charged again.


    Once cancelled, you will lose access to your plans, progress history, and support.

  • Can I pause payment without canceling my account?

    Yes, you can pause payments for short periods without cancelling your account.


    During your initial 12-week commitment, you may pause your subscription for up to 2 weeks total.


    After this, you may pause for up to 2 weeks in each subsequent 12-week block.

  • What’s the commitment period? Can I pause?

    There is a minimum 12-week commitment when you sign up.


    During this initial period, you may pause your subscription once for up to 2 weeks.


    Pauses are designed for short breaks and do not cancel or reset the commitment period.


Meal plans

  • How can I adjust my dislikes list?

    You can update your dislikes at any time from your members' area.


    Go to Profile → Dietary Preferences → Ingredients I Dislike, then add or remove ingredients as needed.

  • How do I swap meals?

    To swap a meal, click on the meal you’d like to replace.


    Select Swap, then follow the prompts in the pop-up to choose a new option.

  • Do my Macros & Calories remain the same for the duration of my program?

    Not necessarily — and that’s a good thing.


    With JWT, you’ll complete an in-app check-in every fortnight. After each check-in, I personally review your progress and reassess your macros and calories to ensure they still align with where you’re at and where you’re heading.


    Once you’ve submitted your check-in, please allow 24–72 hours for me to update your program. You’ll be notified as soon as any changes are live.

  • How often does my meal plan change?

    Your meal plan is reviewed and updated every 2 weeks.


    To receive your updated plan, you’ll need to complete your in-app progress check-in. Once submitted, Jamie personally reviews your check-in and updates your plan to keep it aligned with your goals.


    Please allow 24–72 hours for updates to be applied after each check-in.

  • Can I have coffee & soda drinks

    Yes — you can still have coffee and soda while on the program.


    You’ll need to log them daily so they’re counted within your calorie target and don’t impact your progress.


    Sugar-free cordial, black coffee, and tea are fine and usually don’t affect your calories.


    Milk, sugar, syrups, and regular sodas should be logged.

  • Is the program safe for breastfeeding, pregnant, or menopausal women?

    In many cases, yes — with a few important considerations.


    Menopausal / Perimenopausal:

    Yes, the program is suitable. Hormonal changes can mean progress may be slower at times, but a structured calorie approach can still support results.


    Breastfeeding:

    Yes. Our meal plans are based on whole foods. We recommend avoiding protein powders while breastfeeding and focusing on food-first nutrition.


    Pregnant:

    Our meal plans do not include artificial proteins. However, if you are pregnant, you must consult your doctor or healthcare provider before starting to ensure the program is appropriate for you.

  • Is this suitable for shift workers?

    Yes! ✅


    We recommend the OG Meal Plan for its simplicity and flexibility.


    It’s designed to work around busy or changing schedules, making it easier to stay consistent without overthinking meals.


Workout Plans

  • How can I purchase a workout plan?

    If you'd like to add a Workout Plan, simply follow the link provided in the confirmation email you received when you first signed up.

  • Is this beginner friendly?

    Yes, the program is beginner-friendly. Workouts are customized to fit your goals and experience level. If you're new to the gym, you'll receive a personalized program designed just for you. You can start with weights that match your fitness level and gradually increase as you progress.

  • Can I do the workout plan at home?

    We can customize the plan for you to complete at home if you prefer! All you'll need is a set of weights or dumbbells. Just select the "home only" option on the setup form.

  • How do I swap workouts?

    To swap workouts, click on the exercise you want to replace. On the right side of the screen you will see a ‘swap’ icon. Click on this and follow the instructions on the pop-up window.

  • Is the program the same every month?

    No, each month offers something new. This includes increasing the weights you lift, introducing new exercise variations, and adjusting your diet as your body evolves. It’s important to continually challenge your body to ensure progress.
