Refunds and Subscription Policy
Initial Commitment
When you sign up for any coaching program with JWT Weight Loss, you agree to a minimum 8-week commitment.
Cancellations & Refunds
Cancellations are not permitted during the initial 8-week period.
No refunds will be provided for:
Change-of-mind decisions
Early termination requests
Once your enrollment is confirmed, you are committed to completing the full 8-week program.
Cancelling After 8 Weeks
After your 8-week commitment ends, you may request to cancel by emailing support@jwtweightloss.com.
Your cancellation request must be submitted at least 14 days before your next billing date to take effect.
No Cooling-Off Period
Please note that no cooling-off period applies once you enrolled.
Modifying Your Service Plan
After you’ve completed the initial 8-week commitment, you can request to:
- Upgrade your plan
- Downgrade your plan
- Cancel your plan
To do so, you must email support@jwtweightloss.com
at least 14 days before your next billing date.
If your new plan has a different price:
You’ll be charged the difference for an upgrade
You’ll receive a credit or adjustment for a downgrade
Important:
If you're still within your initial 8-week term, downgrade requests are not guaranteed and will be reviewed by the JWT Weight Loss team on a case-by-case basis.
Once the 8-week term is complete, you're free to make plan changes at any time, with the required notice.
Account and Plan Ownership
Each plan is for one individual only

- Share your subscription with others
- Transfer it to someone else
- Resell it
- Gift it to another person
The name on the account cannot be changed under any circumstances. All plans remain linked to the original purchaser.
Compliance with Consumer Rights
JWT Weight Loss adheres to relevant consumer protection laws, including provisions under Australian Consumer Law where applicable.
