I don't even know where to start I was fat unhappy with the way I felt and looked I was getting to the point I was scared to leave the house due to my condition I lived my life thinking that was just what it was like having crohns disease but since being on jwt eating clean my crohns has never been this good in 35 years of having it. It's not perfect by any means but I'm no longer scared of going out. The closest thing to having crohns before this program is like having really bad gastro going to the toilet 6+ times a day.

I had a heart operation 10 years ago and have struggled with my weight and recently had another heart episode earlier this year was in hospital for about a month in less than 4 weeks have dropped a good amount of weight my doctor has said that if I continue I can stop taking metformin as I am pre diabetic
